good times, nostalgia.....

of course, i don't expect anyone to read any of this due to the fact that nowadays, no one gives a fuck about reality anymore and that goes as much for commercialism as does it for the music industry, which is what this blog will mostly be about. nowadays, people really don't care if something is fake because they are using it to put food on the table. no. fuck that. they don't get by with what they do, they become millionaires and that makes me so sick to my stomach because these days, people forget the Beatles and the Stones because the jonas brothers are in town this month!!! fuck. people like the Jonas brothers and Miley Cirus are ruining music. thats not what rock is! that music doesnt give you the feeling. it makes you fucking puke. so without further adue, here is my most humble blog. if you dissagree with what i said above, sorry. well, no not sorry. its just my oppinion. theres a latin saying: de gustibus non est disputandum. it means that you cant argue about taste. if you like those corporate sellouts, then fine. support them and watch music change forever. now i will stop my bitch-fit. sorry. (p.s. if you in any way dont like homosexuals, people of other religions or skin color, get the fuck out please, and take some tolorance classes.)

today i had quite a burst of sudden nostalgia, that was as much unexpected as it was depressing. it started in a store called "Bleeker Street Records" where i was looking to buy a CD, as one would expect. i found something pretty cool, in a matter of fact. a rare album by nirvana called "incesticide" and im listening to it right now as a matter of fact. while i was reading kurt cobains thank you's and notes, i realized... this was a long time ago!! long before kurt fell into a depression that would later cause him to take his own life (R.I.P. kurt). in his suicide note, he said that he couldent appreciate his fans lately because nirvana had become bigger than they wanted (ig, like a sellout). but in this letter that was in the Cd i bought, he was happy! he was talking about how much he loved his fans for supporting them and how he loved his goddess of a wife courtney love and how he was so blessed to be able to play with other skilled musicians. reading this brought me to the edge of tears. a happy, care free kurt..... :P well anyway, if you ever get your hands on incesticide, then please take the time to read the thingy in the front. it will make you happy. if you listed carefully, you can also notice that he sings with a happier tone and the songs on this album are all around positive. the reason i call this post "good times, nostalgia....." is because, well, this was back in a time when forms of life were still happy and WW2 was done, and vietnam was done, and free love was in full effect! good times, good times.... once again, sorry about the bitching up there, this is meant to be a happy blog :)
